the fruit stand guy selling 7 bananas for $1 laughed at me for buying 7 bananas for $1.

my friend’s friend lives (illegally) in the projects on madison street in the lower east side of manhattan. why anyone would voluntarily live in the projects is beyond me. i’ve become really paranoid lately that something bad is going to happen to me and going to into housing projects at night did not help my stupid fear (because i associate projects with bad things even though my...
